Privacy notice

This notice explains what Bookings Group does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain, because you should be able to read it in a couple of minutes.

What we collect

The only personal details we collect are the ones you type into our contact form: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and anything you choose to write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we also hold that message and the address it came from.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your buyer map, replying to a question or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use what you send for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We never sell your details, and we never rent or trade them to anyone else. They are seen only by the people at Bookings Group who are handling your request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. We do not follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write to crystal.chapman@bookingsgroup.co, or send a note through our contact form, and we will take care of it. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will end contact.
